EU RoHS: Marking Internal Parts With the CE Mark

Products and parts (such as integrated circuits) meant to be incorporated within final finished products or equipment should not be marked with the Conformité Européenne (CE) emblem to demonstrate compliance with the EU RoHS Directive. The CE marking should be applied to the final products, not to their components or sub-assemblies.
