We have made some general changes to the Supplier Portal workflow for Declarable Substance List (DSL) modules.
When completing a manual declaration in the Supplier Portal, the “Substances” section has undergone an update to the user interface. Once a user clicks the “Add Substances” button, the input for information now opens on the right-hand side of the page. Once the substance is added, the information displays in a new table view:

When completing a manual declaration, the Substances section has undergone an update to the user interface.
- In the Substances section, click the Add Substances button.
The new section opens on the right-hand side of the page. The Substance section will remain collapsed unless the statement selected identifies the use of substances. - In the Add Substance pane, enter the required information (marked in red).
Article Name is a new field in some workflows. - Click Add.
- Once you have finished adding your substance(s), review the entered information in the new Substance Table View:
You can delete or edit any information entered here before completing the submission. - Click Next.
