Amendment 3 to IPC-1752A includes:
- The addition of identity codes for query statements (Class A) and substance categories (Class C).
- Changes to some of the statement text (Class A), including the ability to define a part/product as either unknown or obsolete rather than both in the same statement.
- Replacement of JIG-101 with IEC 62474 as the primary electronics industry substance list. JIG-101 is no longer supported.
Select Amendment For IPC-1752A XML
The Assent Materials Declaration Tool supports the generation of Amendment 2 or Amendment 3 IPC-1752A XML files. Amendment 2 is commonly used today while Amendment 3 is more recent.
